About this role
Role Overview
- Design, develop and put AI agents into production
- Implement agentic architectures (RAG, memory, tools, workflows)
- Work with vector stores and data pipelines
- Develop robust, maintainable and well-architected full‑stack systems
- Implement high-performance, well-documented APIs
- Contribute to AI and cloud architecture decisions
- Ensure a high level of code quality (tests, readability, performance)
- Help upskill the team on agentic systems
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience
- Familiarity with complex and distributed architectures
- Strong back-end development skills
- Understanding and application of software quality best practices
- Ability to explain and defend technical decisions
- Strong interest in applied AI and AI agents
