Manage regional internal weekly sales reporting to keep track of commercial performance and contribute to monthly business review with HQ.
Deliver a monthly sales and portfolio forecasting based on current sales and order intake result.
Elaborate regional short/mid-term production request to EU S&OP team aligned with committed sales plan by considering logistic lead-time and EU central inventory.
Identify potential process and system improvement opportunity to optimize operations workflow and systems functionality.
Support the Regional Management team in all aspects of sales related activities.
Set up information and data exchange processes with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Manage document administration.
Manage incentives and variable margins claims and application processes.
Manage administration of internal fleet cars.
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar role within the automotive business.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English (Spanish would be an advantage).
Proven ability in challenging and improve internal processes.
Data driven, problem solver.
Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
Bachelor or Master study of Economics, Finance & Controlling, Business Management or similar.
