Support the optimization of the administrative and financial management of the training organization
Create, update and optimize HR dashboards and reporting tools
Participate in monitoring the budgets for HR Acquisition and Development projects
Process and issue invoices (service providers, stores, OPCOs)
Prepare and submit files to the OPCO
Ensure the accuracy, reliability and compliance of training data
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's processes and tools
Requirements
You are pursuing a post-secondary diploma equivalent to 2–3 years of higher education (e.g., BUT GEA with GPRH specialization or a Professional Bachelor’s in Social Management Control)
Detail-oriented and curious
Good interpersonal skills
Understanding of training funding mechanisms and relationships with OPCOs
Strong numerical aptitude
Basic accounting knowledge
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Comfortable with digital tools such as Google Suite and Power BI
