Social Media Manager

Role Overview

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain trusted day-to-day relationships
• Implement the social media strategies defined with the strategy team and contribute to their optimization
• Create and manage editorial calendars
• Design engaging content tailored to each platform (posts, short-form videos like reels, photography)
• Handle community management
• Execute social ads and prospecting campaigns
• Publish content, monitor performance and analyze results
• Produce clear, recommendation-oriented reports
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to move projects forward

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in social media (agency experience highly valued)
• Strong command of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Excellent writing skills and a strong sense of storytelling
• Comfortable with social media management and scheduling tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a structured approach
• Proficient with content creation tools: Adobe, Canva, CapCut, Figma
• Organized, reliable and autonomous
• Comfortable in client-facing situations and professional communication
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Attentive to content quality and impact
• Enjoys teamwork and collaboration
