About this role

You are responsible for translating agreed services into practical and efficient processes
Defining clear service levels and safeguarding contractual agreements
Leading the implementation of won service contracts from tenders or RFPs
Collaborating with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth and successful execution
Coordinating internal teams to achieve agreed contract terms and service levels
Acting as the central point of contact for customers and internal departments
Monitoring service performance and proactively implementing improvements

An HBO-level working and thinking capacity
Working experience in a service, IT, or logistics-related environment, with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Customer facing experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
A strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Familiarity with Service, Process, or Project Management; certifications such as Lean, ITIL, or Prince2 will be a plus but not mandatory.
