About this role
Role Overview
Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand ANDRITZ’s Paper & Board Machine business in North America.
Lead Consultative Sales: Engage customers with a solution-oriented approach, translating technical capabilities into business value.
Proposal Leadership: Coordinate with Applied Technology and global teams to prepare accurate, competitive technical and commercial offers.
Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
Forecasting & Reporting: Provide input on order forecasts, maintain CRM data integrity, and deliver actionable insights to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with global partners to ensure alignment on customer solutions and growth initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Paper, or related Engineering discipline.
15+ years in technical capital sales for Paper & Board Machines or similar complex process equipment.
Proven track record in consultative selling and negotiating high-value contracts.
Deep technical knowledge of Paper & Board Machine processes and applications.
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to lead complex sales cycles and collaborate across global teams.
Multilingual (English required; Spanish or French a plus).
Willingness to travel extensively within North America.
