Manage the company’s global insurance portfolio, including Property, Liability, Transport, Cyber, and other specialty insurance lines
Serve as the central contact and strategic interface for external insurance providers, brokers, and relevant partners
Develop, optimize, and steer global insurance programs in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Analyze and assess corporate risks and define suitable risk-transfer strategies
Lead international tender processes and negotiate with insurers and brokers to ensure optimal coverage and cost efficiency
Coordinate and support claims management in partnership with internal departments and external service providers
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements across international markets
Prepare analyses, reports, and decision proposals for senior management

Degree in economics, law, insurance management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in insurance management, ideally in an international industrial company, with an insurance broker, or with an insurance provider
Strong expertise in structuring and managing international insurance programs
Experience collaborating with global insurers and brokers
Strong analytical skills and negotiation abilities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders in an international environment
Very good written and spoken German and English
A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
