Aggressive Budget & ROAS Management: You are responsible for the dynamic allocation of budgets to maximize ROAS. You decide where the next dollar goes.
Creative & MarTech & Growth Collaboration: You guide the creative team's focus, forecast asset delivery, write iron-clad technical requirements for the MarTech team and collaborate with the Growth team. All departments are deeply in the UA context to make UA team's work easier and more efficient.
Data Deep-Dives & Growth Execution: You live in the metrics. You dig into LTV, monetization, and web funnels if you feel something is wrong on the UA end. If a number changes, you’re the first to ask "Why?"
Analytics Mastery (SQL & Dashboards): You are data-literate. Whether it’s vibe coding of SQL query to get a specific slice of data or building your own dashboards.
Requirements
Proven track record of managing huge monthly budgets (starting from $300k/mo). You love big numbers and know how to make them work harder.
Deep experience with web funnels. You understand the nuances of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization
Google Ads Mastery (or Platform Agility): You are a pro in Google Ads who knows the tech stack inside out. Still remembering other great experiences from other ad platforms is valuable.
Significant experience in the US market, plus a proven ability to diversify and scale in Non-US regions. You know that what works in New York won't necessarily work in Tokyo or Berlin.
Proficiency in GA, Amplitude, and AppsFlyer or analogs
Data Hunger: You are comfortable diving into Looker or Superset (or similar BI platforms). We have an absolutely great Analytics team
do you need a complex slice of data or reporting automation? Guys here for you.
You thrive in ambiguity. When the roadmap changes or a new problem arises with no clear solution, you don't freeze
you build the solution.
You can "sell" your ideas to cross-functional teams (Growth, Creative, MarTech, Analytics) and negotiate priorities with stakeholders who don't report to you. You aren't a "yes-man."
We expect you to challenge your manager. If He’s wrong
tell. If a process is broken, flag it. You give and receive honest, direct feedback to ensure the job gets done.
