Research and analyze data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
Mechanical design of heat transfer systems including: chilled water systems, air/water cooled refrigerant systems, and fluid pumping systems, all in accordance with engineering design standards and customer specifications.
Provide engineering material including: bills of materials, piping drawings, sheet metal drawings, assembly drawings, installation drawings, and refrigeration drawings.
Perform simple structural, load, and heat transfer analysis and calculations.
Support marketing material development for sales literature and custom applications.
Evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to mitigate system malfunctions.
Provide operation, maintenance, and repair materials for product support.
Provide documentation and support to ensure operational testing conforms to functional specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.
Assist test facilities with design of control apparatus, equipment, and methods.

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3-5 years of experience performing mechanical engineering support on-site of a component/product manufacturer
Ability to read and understand english instructions
Ability to provide solutions to complex engineering calculations/equations
