Role Overview
- Lead and contribute to full lifecycle implementations of Medius AP Automation
- Advise customers on finance and accounts payable best practices
- Analyze and streamline invoice and financial processes
- Configure and optimize Medius solutions to meet customer needs
- Deliver workshops, training, and solution walkthroughs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with global internal teams across projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with the Medius platform
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable, or similar roles
- Experience with full lifecycle software implementations
- Customer-facing consulting experience with external clients
- ERP implementation experience; knowledge of Medius, Dynamics 365, or Infor M3 is highly desirable
- Experience working in multi-user, multi-client environments
- Understanding of data integrity, security, and best practices
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, including occasional non-standard hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%
