Role Overview
- Develop your client portfolio through business prospecting and client retention.
- Identify clients' recruitment needs and propose suitable solutions (temporary staffing or placement).
- Negotiate commercial terms with your prospects (fees, margins).
- Post your job ads across multiple channels, source candidates and manage your candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates and verify technical skills against the requirements of the construction (BTP) sector.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role.
- A hunter mentality: you are not afraid to pick up the phone to convince prospects and candidates.
- Strong communicator: you express yourself clearly and concisely.
- Structured, organized and autonomous: you know how to prioritize tasks and manage your time.
- Team player: you enjoy working in a team, sharing best practices and learning from colleagues.
