You'll be an Ambassador for Knauf products, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to maximise opportunities across UK and Irish construction markets.
Building relationships across the full supply chain.
Supporting sales activities throughout the supply chain.
Administration of sales data and customer information to meet KPI’s and objectives.
Administration of the Knauf CRM platform for your direct project and customer responsibilities and supporting the Knauf CRM platform updates across the sales teams.
Liaising with third party data agencies to ensure up to date project and customer information is researched and coordinated effectively in an on time in full manner.
Coordination of project activity across regional and national teams to ensure project handovers and data minimum standards are always met.
Preparation and communication of up-to-date system reports to aid the sales management team and regional sales strategies.
Training and in lifecycle support for Knauf digital platforms, for sales team members and customers.
Supporting the development and delivery of the Knauf UK & Ireland sales strategy.
Providing voice of the customer feedback to management, to ensure our focus on customer service and continuous improvement is ever present.
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role, ideally within a technical, construction, or building materials environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and managing customer/project data effectively.
Understanding specification process and sales cycle in a B2B or construction-related setting is desirable.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide clear, helpful guidance.
