Support the operations of a residential utility energy efficiency program that provides financial incentives to eligible customers, ensuring a smooth delivery program and a positive customer experience.
Assist in maintaining program forecasts, dashboards, and performance data to ensure visibility in progress toward goals and to identify areas where adjustments may be needed.
Track, monitor, and report project status and key performance metrics accurately and in a timely manner to support both internal oversight and client reporting requirements.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards; identify opportunities for enhancements; track, monitor, and promote tool usage across the team.
Analyze program data to evaluate market potential and develop recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Perform a variety of quality control checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of program data within tracking systems.
Provide day-to-day support to field staff and a network of participating subcontractors, including coordinating assignments, resolving operational questions, and ensuring adherence to program requirements.
Maintain proactive and professional communication with subcontractors, customers, and internal program teams; clarify program rules, troubleshoot participation barriers, and escalate issues as needed.
Gather and prioritize user requirements to support system enhancements, reporting improvements, and operational needs.
Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and quality control.
Manage projects and support client communication, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and influencing decisions to define acceptable solutions.
Maintain organized program documentation, records, and tracking systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with utility and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful execution of program operations and organizational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, computer programming, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered (one year of experience may substitute for one year of education).
Must be a New Jersey resident and reside within the state of New Jersey.
Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience working as a data analyst or data scientist.
Demonstrated proficiency with database analysis tools and Excel, with strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and solutions.
Experience using data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think critically and adapt to evolving needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, subcontractors, utility partners, and diverse stakeholder groups.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to travel up to 10%, including occasional overnight travel for client meetings, training, and program events (mileage reimbursement provided).
