You will own and build Airmee’s retail media engine — shaping how our brand, content, and inbound channels support scalable growth with e-commerce customers.
Build and launch Airmee’s retail media products across digital channels (app, tracking page, email) and physical formats (vehicle branding).
Own the retail media go-to-market strategy, including product setup, automation roadmap, pricing models, and scalability.
Develop impression logic, inventory models, and business cases to support credible commercial proposals.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with retail media platforms, ad-tech providers, and physical media partners.
Define and package the retail media value proposition, formats, use cases, and proof points in close collaboration with commercial leadership.
Enable and support sales teams with clear offerings, guardrails, and sales enablement material.
Work directly with customers to activate retail media campaigns, evaluate performance, and evolve repeatable, high-performing formats.
Ensure operational execution by aligning with product, tech, and carrier management teams.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in performance marketing with proven retail media ownership, e.g. managing budgets and driving measurable outcomes through retail media networks.
Demonstrated ability to write, produce content, or run campaigns with measurable outcomes.
A strong academic foundation from a top Swedish or international university (business, communications, engineering, or similar).
Interest in e-commerce, logistics, or scaling tech companies.
Other experience from high-pace environments such as SaaS/e-commerce, brand, consulting, or growth teams is a plus.
