Haystack is a leading beverage company with a rich heritage and a portfolio of iconic brands. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute trade marketing plans, manage brand programming, and foster relationships with wholesalers and retailers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute localized trade marketing plans and playbooks across various channels, events, and venues
- Mobilize brand planning and manage sampling execution in partnership with wholesalers and retailers
- Own local event sponsorship negotiations, territory-specific budgets, and activation fund management
- Drive the implementation of brand programming within the off-premise channel to achieve volume and share growth
- Coach and mentor Trade Activation Managers and wholesaler sales teams, fostering strong relationships
- Support the execution of On-Premise plans and manage ROI for channel programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with in-depth knowledge of regional sales organizations
- Strong understanding of the On-Premise Channel and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and internal systems
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with wholesalers and retailers
- Experience managing channel-specific pilots and optimizing key channel levers
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
