Role Overview
- Provide support to the team in processing claims for Integrated Networks
- Assist with decision-making within the process
- Act as a backup to the Team Manager for certain departmental responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing and issuing comprehensive global audit sheets for all claims
- Timely submit all claims in the ‘ProviderWorld’ tool with all supporting documentation
- Respond to provider inquiries
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree student in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: Experience in the healthcare sector
- Languages: Intermediate English
- Other skills and knowledge: Experience with claims, including handling provider inquiries
