Performance Creative Lead

Role Overview

• Build and run our “Creative Factory” process from idea to scale.
• Deliver a consistent weekly output of new creatives.
• Build a network of UGC creators, editors, and freelancers.
• Turn performance data into new creative angles and variations.
• Iterate quickly on winning ads.
• Stay on top of platform and competitor creative trends
• Produce high-performing ads: short videos, UGC edits, static images.
• Use AI tools to scale creative output.
• Develop hooks, scripts, and concepts based on performance data.
• Adapt and localize creatives for multiple markets.

Requirements

• Ability to build and lead a scalable creative production unit
• Workflow/ops system building
• Strong visual and creative skills: expertise in ad layout, video editing, and still image production
• Ability to create content that converts and aligns with data-driven goals
• Hands-on ability with video and image tools (Adobe, CapCut, DaVinci, Runway, Figma, Canva etc.)
• AI and automation know-how: interest and experience in using different AI tools to speed up or enhance creative production
• Experience in creative concepting (hooks, headlines, angles)
