Role Overview
- Demonstrate good conceptual and creative thinking in your work while supporting your ideas with strong rationale.
- Create multiple design options that are all on brief and delivered on time.
- Introduce your own ideas and direction where possible and present creative concepts to internal teams in a thoughtful and articulate manner.
- Confidently present and sell your work to Design Directors and Creative Directors as well as clients.
- Be involved in pitch presentations when required.
- Foster an open forum of creativity within the team.
- Work at a pace that allows time for development and reviewing before final deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience of delivering and winning client pitches.
- Ability to set key visuals for packaging, brand logo and visual identity work.
- Excellent knowledge and awareness of brands and branding strategy.
- Good grounding in design principles.
- Ability to design and create a brand identity system and comprehensive guideline documents for others to follow.
- Ability to articulate concepts and ideas to the wider team and clients.
