Working on international steel structure projects as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Preparing structural designs and strength calculations for steel structures.
Developing technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Cooperating closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams.
Actively contributing to technical discussions and continuous improvement.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
Several years of experience in steel structure design.
Experience with Tekla Structures.
Knowledge of EN 1090 and Eurocode 3 (EC3) standards.
Familiarity with structural calculation software (e.g. RFEM, STAAD Pro, Ansys, or similar) – nice to have.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
Excellent command of English and Polish.
