Role Overview
- Lead efforts to raise a venture capital fund in India and build the foundation for future company creation
- Developing and executing strategies for launching Redesign Health in India
- Building and deepening relationships with LPs, including family offices, strategic investors, and institutional capital
- Leading fundraising efforts — sourcing, pitching, and converting LP commitments
- Developing a network of key stakeholders: government leaders, regulators, healthcare systems (public and private), investors, and advisors
- Establishing Redesign Health’s reputation in the market and positioning us for rapid execution post-fund close
- Following the fund close, your role will transition toward building and scaling healthcare ventures in India
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience
- Highly motivated to build from the ground up and pursue capital commitments with tenacity
- Able to quickly build trust and credibility with LPs, healthcare leaders, and founders
- Strong ability to identify opportunities, connect dots, and creatively solve problems
- Exceptional communicator who can inspire sophisticated investors and partners
- Operates independently and executes with minimal infrastructure
- Proven ability to proactively leverage AI and other emerging technology tools
