Lead efforts to raise a venture capital fund in SEA and build the foundation for future company creation.
Develop and execute strategies for launching Redesign Health SEA.
Build and deepen relationships with LPs, including family offices, strategic investors, and institutional capital.
Lead fundraising efforts — sourcing, pitching, and converting LP commitments.
Develop a network of key stakeholders: government leaders, regulators, healthcare systems (public and private), investors, and advisors.
Establish Redesign Health’s reputation in the market and position for rapid execution post-fund close.
Following the fund close, transition toward building and scaling healthcare ventures in SEA.
Lead research into new venture concepts and market opportunities.
Source and attract high-caliber founders and operators.
Structure partnerships with healthcare systems, corporates, and growth equity funds.
Take on broader leadership responsibilities — potentially serving as General Manager for SEA if capable.
Requirements
10+ years of experience
Exceptional blend of entrepreneurial drive, commercial acumen, and relationship-building ability
Strong existing network with capital allocators, healthcare systems, and/or entrepreneurs
Proven ability to fundraise, negotiate partnerships, and represent organizations credibly with institutional stakeholders
Education from a top-tier institution or equivalent professional distinction is a plus.
