Amplify marketing content across digital channels; own our social media editorial calendar, community engagement, and share of voice.
Plan and execute a full cadence of email campaigns newsletters, event invites, webinar promotions, and company updates following best practices for deliverability and engagement.
Be the primary point of contact for all event logistics booth setup, staff registration, hotel bookings, promotional communications, and internal briefings with the sales team.
Coordinate end-to-end production including guest communications, landing pages, speaker management, location bookings, and post-event follow-ups.
Own the publishing of content and field marketing updates, including copywriting, SEO best practices, imagery, and smart interlinking.
Source suppliers, manage stock, and coordinate distribution of company merchandise.
Champion marketing initiatives internally, encouraging employee engagement and community amplification.
Requirements
2+ years experience in a similar marketing role (including alternance experience)
First-hand experience using Hubspot or similar CRM
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to problem solve and find solutions independently
A self-starter who thinks outside the box
A strong team player who can communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Design expertise is a big plus
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), you'll be operating in both every day.
