Write, edit, and proofread marketing content for emails, social media, event collateral, and other campaigns
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates messages effectively
Act as the main point of contact for campaign scheduling in Pardot
Manage the setup and scheduling of emails, engagement programs, automation rules, forms, landing pages, and social posts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
Coordinate and publish content across email platforms and social media channels to drive engagement and brand awareness
Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts to support campaigns and events
Monitor performance metrics and provide basic reporting on email and social activities
Support the planning and execution of events by preparing, tracking, and managing marketing collateral, signage, and promotional materials
Help ensure smooth execution of event marketing logistics support as needed
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as required
Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and support integrated marketing initiatives
Track campaign performance, compile reports, and recommend improvements to optimize marketing efforts

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in social media and email marketing
Experience with Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with event planning and execution
Ability and willingness to work on a hybrid and night shift work set-up in Silver City, Pasig
