Develop business within the assigned portfolio (prospecting, lead generation, cross-sell & upsell) and manage the commercial relationship: build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at agency clients and their advertisers;
Participate in strategic meetings with agencies and their advertisers to address media challenges, highlighting Locala’s strengths and tailoring your presentations to their needs to offer personalized recommendations;
Maintain regular contact and an active field presence with your portfolio of agencies and their advertisers to identify all business opportunities and anticipate needs;
Grow your client portfolio by engaging with the different agency disciplines (Digital, Trading, Consulting, C-level);
Ensure the satisfaction and retention of your contacts: collaborate closely with internal specialist teams (Customer Success, Trading, Enablement) to finalize commercial proposals and guarantee the success of advertising campaigns;
Deliver exceptional client service through your responsiveness and the quality of your work;
Conduct competitive monitoring on trends and developments in the media agency market;
Produce reports and keep the CRM up to date: manage your accounts and sales activity via Salesforce by regularly updating information to ensure relevant and timely follow-up;
Proactively present final reports to agency clients, accompanied by recommendations to optimize results;
Rigorously maintain account forecasts and sales opportunities for your network of media agencies in the CRM.
Requirements
Higher education, preferably from a business school;
Recognized for your professionalism and commercial sense;
Curious and interested in digital advertising technology;
Able to adapt to change and enjoy working in a team;
At least 3 years of experience in digital/mobile advertising sales, ideally within an ad sales organization;
Experience working directly with advertisers;
A strong interest in the AdTech universe and programmatic advertising;
A proven track record in sales;
Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills — both verbal and written.
