About this role
Role Overview
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy
- Facilitate substance use treatment and/or DUI education (if applicable)
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Manage your own caseload and scheduling within agreed availability
- Collaborate with internal teams and referral partners as needed
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and Colorado regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Active Colorado license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, or equivalent)
- Experience in outpatient therapy and/or substance use treatment preferred
- Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Experience with evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care) preferred
