You will make a decisive contribution to the optimization, continuous development and digitalization of our business processes.
You are responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation, carrying out system tests and delivering practical user trainings in accordance with GMP regulations.
You will support our systems and tools and initiate change requests, including feasibility assessments in collaboration with IT and adjacent departments.
You will define, develop, optimize and produce reports, analyses, checklists and KPIs for the business unit, management and regulatory authorities.
You will participate in management and expert committees and represent the objectives of your area of responsibility.
You will support cross-functional projects by assisting project management and assuming technical responsibility.
Requirements
You hold a degree (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable role and ideally already have knowledge of SAP PP/MM or Germanedge OR-Soft and are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You have a strong affinity for processes and IT and enjoy working with complex interrelationships.
You have strong analytical skills as well as a structured, goal-oriented way of working with a high degree of initiative.
You have good German skills (at least B2 level) so that you can document your work optimally and communicate well with all team members.
