About this role
Role Overview
Lead and inspire the photoshoot team to define, develop and deliver all company-wide photography and videography for both B2B and B2C
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure company vision is brought to life across all our touchpoints whilst reflecting commercial needs
Manage the shoot team to elevate and deliver high level photography and videography to drive the brands forward
Use high-level strategic thinking to proactively deliver key brand campaigns, content and ecom and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Oversee wardrobe styling with in-house team to ensure we bring vision of the brand customer to life through relevant styling
Develop photography direction on lighting, working closely with Senior Photographer
Develop videography direction on storyboarding, working closely with the Videographers
Manage and support internal shoot team with capacity planning and workload management
Interpret and evolve creative briefs, working closely with Graphic Design and Content teams
Create all shot lists and shoot bibles for effective planning
Collaborate with Sales & VM team for delivery of in store images
Manage the photoshoot team including Photographers, Videographers, Stylists to ensure delivery of all new season product and campaign imagery
Organise and oversee the selects sign off process with HOC
Support photographer with retouch notes for handover to retouch team
Ensure imagery being captured fits the correct crops and efficiently addresses mistakes if product sent is incorrect
Support shoot and production team with loading and unloading of van
Responsible for delivering still images for printed material and digital channels
Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle of all imagery and constantly evaluating best practices for shoots and asset management
Manage post-production process including image selects and video edits.
Develop and maintain communication processes with the design team
Requirements
Proven experience creating and maintaining successful campaigns and imagery within the retail sector across UK, Europe
Experience within USA would be desirable
Has been responsible for executing and delivering successful photoshoots from ecom to campaign
Production experience of shoots is ideal
Significant experience working on web design, digital marketing and print projects
Ability to balance creative output with commercial thinking
Highly creative
a conceptual thinker with strong design deliverability
Strong art direction abilities
Meticulous attention to detail, communication in a clear and concise manner
Excellent understanding of design software Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is essential
Experience using Capture One is essential
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
Excellent communicator and highly organised with collaborative approach
Confident with communicating with Senior Management, Heads of department and Directors
Has UK driving license and ability to drive manual.
