Ensure business continuity and drive operational excellence in logistics across the EMEA region
Support both in-house and outsourced logistics operations, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and robust daily execution
Connect users, local operations, and central system teams to translate operational needs into reliable, scalable solutions
Coordinate between logistics users, local operations, and central logistics systems (e.g., WMS Systems such as Astro, SAP EWM)
Ensure system availability and performance for logistics operations by coordinating problem analysis and user support
Design operational reports and perform in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements
Promote and facilitate harmonization of logistics processes and systems across EMEA
Train and coach logistics staff and system users to ensure effective and compliant system usage

Several years of experience in logistics operations or systems/process support
Solid knowledge of logistics IT systems (WMS, TMS, WASS, or equivalent)
Experience with Astro (Consafe) and SAP Modules such as EWM is a strong plus
Practical experience in project management, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination
Solid analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
Fluent in English; German, French, or another European language is a strong plus
