About this role
Role Overview
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for the Almere site.
- Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation management, contract administration, and offboarding.
- Coordinate local onboarding programs and site inductions.
- Maintain accurate employee records in line with local legislation and company policies.
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and line managers.
- Support employee relations matters and escalate complex cases as appropriate.
- Coordinate and facilitate site-level training and development activities.
- Support engagement initiatives and HR communications at site level.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Maintain and update global HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy.
- Support global recruitment administration including job postings, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
- Prepare HR documentation, templates, and process guidelines.
- Produce headcount tracking, HR KPIs, and workforce reports.
- Support HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Assist with the rollout of global HR projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Provide operational support to senior HR team members as required.
