Role Overview
- Review and refine AI-generated content related to notarial processes, document authentication, and compliance
- Assess accuracy, clarity, and legal alignment of AI outputs with EU/UK notarial frameworks
- Develop and enhance realistic notarial scenarios, such as witnessing signatures, certifying copies, and notarizing documents
- Generate scenario variations from the perspectives of notaries, clients, and legal stakeholders
- Identify compliance risks or improvement opportunities in the way AI addresses notarial matters
- Contribute to designing AI-powered tools for notarial documentation and verification
Requirements
- Licensed notaries or legal professionals with experience in notarial matters (EU/UK focus preferred)
- Background in handling document authentication, verification, and compliance
- Skilled at reviewing and validating legal documents for accuracy and enforceability
- Available for 8–20 hours per week and ready to start promptly
- Comfortable with remote, freelance work
