Interpret client requirements and project briefs and determine the appropriate approach.
Identify project objectives and deadlines.
Organize and execute projects in accordance with the plan, budget and quality standards, assessing and mitigating risks throughout the process.
Identify, guide and mobilize resources in line with project scope.
Manage daily client contact and expectations.
Effectively communicate relevant client and project information to the TEAM LEWIS team and other project stakeholders using the agreed tools and systems.
Requirements
Native-level Portuguese and fluency (C2) in English
2–3 years of Project Management experience
Proactive, dynamic attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and effective time management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong planning, organizational and coordination abilities
Flexibility and agility of thought; ability to think on your feet and resolve issues in the moment
