Full commercial responsibility for a single-line project from contract effectiveness to the end of warranty (time, cost, quality), typically within EPC/EPCM project structures.
Main point of contact for all commercial, financial, and contractual matters under international contract frameworks.
Ensure project objectives for safety, budget, schedule, and quality are met.
Manage customer communication in coordination with the Project Manager.
Oversee contract variations, claims, cost control, forecasting, and reporting in line with FIDIC/EPC change and claims mechanisms.
Coordinate invoicing, cash flow, subcontractor management, insurance matters, and export/tax topics with supporting departments.
Conduct regular risk reviews and ensure implementation of mitigation measures.
Requirements
University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a comparable commercial field; a technical degree combined with strong commercial project management experience may also be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a senior commercial role on large-scale EPC or complex plant construction projects.
Strong knowledge of cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and project cost control methodologies.
Practical understanding of contract terms, claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
Experience in subcontractor coordination and internal/external reporting.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent English; proficiency in Excel, SAP/ERP, and reporting tools.
Experience working in multicultural teams and the ability to perform under pressure in complex project environments.
Willingness to travel internationally.
