Managing cashflow reporting and group models for several internal and external stakeholders
Support and manage debt facilities and loan structures, including covenant monitoring and liquidity analysis
Manage key areas of taxation for the group, including group tax management and liaising with and providing information for tax advisors in UK and US on corporate and personal tax.
Support commercial decision-making with robust financial analysis and insight.
Build, review and maintain financial models, including cash flow forecasting, sensitivity analysis and valuation models
Act as a key point of contact for external valuers, lenders, investors and professional advisers
Support due diligence, acquisitions and wider strategic transactions
Prepare high-quality analysis and papers for senior leadership and Board-level decision making
Requirements
Qualified ACA or equivalent qualification required, with 5 years+ PQE.
Strong technical knowledge of tax and corporate accounting – ideally from a practice background with exposure in industry.
Knowledge or exposure to US tax would be beneficial.
Strong technical capability across debt facilities, financial modelling and asset valuations.
Commercially astute, with the ability to challenge assumptions and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, personable approach.
