Ownership of Aero Fulfillment P&L including pacing, financial reporting, and analytics.
Analyze data for reasonableness; review variances by considering sources, current business activities and historical trends
Bring detailed visibility into the fulfillment P&L, providing analytics on various key metrics, and identify the gaps and opportunities to meet the quarterly and annual targets
Ownership of global transfer pricing analytics and reporting impacts
Set standard costs for new and used material (annual and as needed); track inflation / deflation; global communication of impacts
Monthly and quarterly closing activities, including account reconciliation preparation and/or review
Actively coordinate and construct Aero Fulfilment P&L view for forecasting sessions (MOR, Early Read, Budget), consolidating global Fulfilment P&L construct.
Drive issue resolution via collaboration with region finance teams, IT and controllership.
Champion simplification and standardization efforts driving towards lean monthly close
Leadership of MSP (Managed Service Provider) activities
Drive and advocate Aero Services Lean projects, identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
Lead/Support new business initiatives and projects
Requirements
Advanced experience in Finance & Income Statement
Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Major experience in Finance or Accounting
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Previous Aero or/and Oracle Echo experience
Flexibility, related to peak hours during closing weeks
Strong controllership mindset, pro-active, positive attitude and team player
