Execute and process regular payment runs and ad hoc payments through the banking portal and accounting software.
Analyze and record purchase invoices, ensuring they are accurately matched to purchase orders and correctly allocated to the general ledger.
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding payment terms and due dates.
Ensure all payments comply with internal policies, budget allocations, and GL codes.
Take responsibility for reconciling balance sheet accounts and clearing outstanding items.
Support day-to-day operations by reconciling payment transactions across both accounting systems and banking portals.
Assist in the statutory audit process by providing reconciled data and maintaining high standards of documentation.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve reconciliation controls and documentation.
Analyze and record Requisitions, purchase invoices and invoices, ensuring accurate budget allocation and General Ledger (GL) coding.

1+ years in an Accounts environment, preferably within the IT or iGaming sectors.
A sharp eye for detail when examining contracts and laying out complex cost structures.
A "virtuoso" in both written and verbal communication, capable of making complex terms easy to understand.
