Role Overview
- Oversight of owners Engineers and EPC Contractors on E&S matters.
- Conduct regular site visits to perform HSE audits and inspections.
- Monitor and ensure full compliance with local legislation and global industry best practices.
- Manage and investigate any HSE incidents or near-misses.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the HSE management system 45001 and 14001 certifications.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and other HSE-related training to employees and contractors.
Requirements
- Degree or certification in Health, Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within the construction or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian HSE regulations and ISO 45001 and 14001 standards.
- Experience in conducting HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Fluent in Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IT literacy.
