Role Overview
- Analyse customer acquisition performance and evaluate payback on marketing investment
- Build and own frameworks that measure customer lifetime value (LTV), cohort performance and marketing ROI
- Translate complex datasets into clear commercial insights and recommendations
- Review the performance of new customer cohorts and provide ongoing performance analysis
- Identify trends in customer behaviour including deposit behaviour, staking patterns and product engagement
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Data and Commercial teams to evaluate performance and identify opportunities
- Develop dashboards and reporting that track customer value, acquisition performance and retention trends
- Present insights to stakeholders to support commercial decision making and investment planning
Requirements
- Experience analysing customer acquisition costs, payback periods and marketing ROI
- Strong experience in customer analytics, marketing analytics, commercial analytics or value modelling
- Experience working with customer lifetime value (LTV) models
- Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel modelling and data visualisation skills
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear commercial insights and recommendations
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience working with large datasets and collaborating closely with data and finance teams
- Experience in wagering, trading, financial markets or other high-frequency consumer industries is highly regarded
- Experience analysing customer behaviour across digital platforms
- Familiarity with SQL or experience working closely with data warehouse teams
