Role Overview

• provide essential operational and administrative support to the Digital Product Team
• assess, triage, and change requests
• own the scheduling and coordination process
• maintain and update electronic records, logs, and backlogs
• provide fast, reliable support to the Digital Product Team
• build strong working relationships to support deadlines

• strong analytical skills
• excellent Excel capability
• confident SharePoint management
• ability to work autonomously
