About this role

You will act as the conductor of the contractual and commercial relationship for a Service Center (CDS)
Ensure compliance with our commitments (quality, deadlines, profitability)
Lead governance forums, manage risks, and resolve deviations
Monitor revenue, costs and financial outcomes (P&L)
Identify opportunities for expansion (Data, AI, eCommerce)
Approve onboarding of new resources, ensuring skills/costs alignment
Act as a facilitator to remove blockers and sustain a high-performance dynamic

5+ years' experience in Engagement Management or Project Direction within an ESN (IT services company)
Proven expertise in managing Service Centers (TMA/Managed Services)
Ability to manage project profitability (revenue, margin, TJM (daily rate), estimate to complete)
Business-partner mindset able to turn client needs into service proposals
Cross-functional leadership and transparent, no-nonsense communication
English is a plus but not required
