Role Overview
- Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through delivery
- Work on fixed-price contracts, ensuring control of schedule, cost, and margin
- Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems
- Perform project financial management (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)
- Establish and ensure governance of project deliveries
- Manage risks and propose mitigation plans
- Manage stakeholders and maintain client relationships
- Lead development teams, driving high performance
- Ensure technical quality and excellence in deliverables
- Guide the team to deliver business value
Requirements
- Experience managing delivery of technology projects
- Hands-on experience working with development teams (required)
- Experience with fixed-price contracts
- Experience in project financial management
- Knowledge of legacy system modernization
- Strong background in governance, risk management, and stakeholder management
- Experience leading development teams
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project
- Analytical, organized, and results-oriented
