About this role
Role Overview
- Provide first-level support on reporting delivery platforms based on both cloud and on-premises infrastructure
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, with autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility
- Perform system performance checks and proactively address issues
- Creating and maintaining documentation on common issues and solutions
- Collaborate with architects, software developers, and project stakeholders to ensure that the installation of new product releases and the introduction of new features occur smoothly and securely.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer Science
- Previous experience as an Application Maintenance (+2 years)
- On-call availability
- Learning Ability: Strong desire to learn and improve technical skills
- Communication: Good written and oral communication skills.
