About this role

Overall management of software projects with a hands-on approach in small teams
Coordination of technical solutions with tech lead/architecture, clarification of integrations, environments, deployment/release procedures, and non-functional requirements
Establishing and enforcing quality criteria, release planning, go-live preparation, and hypercare support
Regular status communication with customers and stakeholders, expectation management, decision templates, etc.
Project controlling in the form of budget planning, cost estimates, and resource planning vis-à-vis clients and internal project owners
Prioritization of tasks, ensuring availability and active blocker management, identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks
Optimization of delivery processes, templates, and checklists specifically for Low Code-projects

German Advanced
mandatory
Min. 2-3 years of experience in project management of software projects (agile/hybrid), ideally in a Low Code environment
Technical understanding of Low Code platforms, release management and development processes
Strong in stakeholder and project communication and hands-on management of a team of up to ten people.
Confident in project controlling
