Proven track record (7+ years) of launching a fashion brand or leading creative direction for an established label
Understanding of garment construction, textiles, and the 'physics' of manufacturing
Experience navigating the 'gray areas' of a startup
Expert-level apparel knowledge; experience in jewelry, accessories, or home decor is a significant advantage
Ability to translate complex manufacturing constraints into clear creative directions for internal teams and external customers.
