About this role
Role Overview
Monitor AWS services and infrastructure for availability, performance, and alerts.
Provide Level 1–2 support for cloud-related issues.
Perform basic AWS operations such as EC2 checks, S3 access reviews, IAM updates (guided), and CloudWatch alarm investigations.
Troubleshoot incidents and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
Execute routine system checks, maintenance actions, and operational tasks.
Document steps, troubleshooting actions, and known issues for internal knowledge bases.
Work closely with senior engineers to learn best practices and operational standards.
Participate in a rotating support schedule (08:00–16:00, 4 weekdays + 1 alternating weekend day).
Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on experience supporting AWS environments in a cloud, DevOps, or IT operations role
Foundational knowledge of core AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch
Ability to monitor cloud infrastructure, recognize alerts, and perform first-line troubleshooting
Familiarity with incident management workflows, ticketing systems, and escalation procedures
Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, methodical approach to issue resolution
Ability to follow operational runbooks, security guidelines, and documentation standards
Clear and professional communication skills for working with technical teams and documenting incidents
Willingness and availability to work in a rotating support schedule, including weekend shifts
