Lead and manage cross-functional teams across operations, IT, technology, and medical equipment
Plan, monitor, and deliver various project components on time and within budget
Oversee budgeting, resource management, and reporting
Develop governance solutions and implementation processes
Ensure quality standards, adherence to timelines, and achievement of project goals
Report to steering committees and senior project leadership

Native-level Swedish proficiency (spoken and written)
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Academic education (minimum Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent professional experience
9–12 years of project management experience
2+ years of experience managing projects in healthcare
Proven experience as a Lead Project Manager for projects with multiple subprojects and stakeholder organizations
Strong leadership skills; experienced in managing large teams and complex assignments
Highly independent and proactive
Preferably valid project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or IPMA)
It is a plus if you have experience with EU-funded projects, preferably in healthcare or infrastructure development
Experience with 5G technology projects or digital solution deployment.
