2–3 years of proven SEO experience, ideally supporting B2B or technical websites
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals
Solid understanding of website structure, crawlability, internal linking, and link equity
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Attention to detail and ability to execute consistently within a defined SEO strategy
Working knowledge of WordPress and content publishing workflows
Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Semrush (or similar)
Comfortable working in a technical environment with developer-focused content
