Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in IT project management
In-depth knowledge of the Retail and Wholesale Power Energy sector.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure and software development processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is highly desirable.
Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
