Manage the monthly financial reporting process, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials – Business unit P&L, Balance Sheet
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines
Prepare business unit P&L and variance analysis of actuals vs plan

Finance Professional with minimum 7 years of work experience in FP&A Domain
Hands-on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
Analytical thinking ability and good team player
Internal & External Stakeholder Management
Cross-functional interactions with Operations & Sales teams
Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
Balance stakeholder, Situational adaptability, manages complexities & Manages ambiguity.
Qualified Chartered Accountant, CMA
Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
System Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management
Power BI or related presentation tools
