Associate Field Service Engineer

Role Overview

• Perform on-site instruction of customer personnel
• Write and modify maintenance procedures, quality control tests and/or product evaluation
• Provide complete and timely reports
• Direct efforts of installation of control systems, sub-systems, equipment or modification/repair
• Provide direct engineering advisory assistance to the customer
• Cultivate relationships with internal project teams, customer project teams and contractors
• Apply troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering computer science, or similar STEM
• Up to 80% travel required
• Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, design principles, and problem-solving methods
• A problem-solver’s mindset
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in the United States. No sponsorship will be provided.
