Role Overview
- Demonstrate exceptional customer relation and interpersonal skills
- Work on equipment in customers' homes
- Maintain/test a variety of products such as Emergency Lights and Fire Systems
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer
- Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Full Category B UK driving license (for manual vehicles)
- Experience of testing Fire Systems
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective team working
- Effective time management & planning skills
- Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces
- Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable
